Table Pursuant Article 143 Quater, Paragraph 5, Of Consob Issuer’s Regulation

The table contains (i) the names of the shareholders who requested registration in the list for the increased vote, (ii) the date of registration in the list for the increased vote, (iii) the number of shares for which the registration in the increased voting list has been requested, (iv) the number of shares held , (v) the corresponding percentage of share capital which, in any case, must exceed the threshold of 3% requested by art. 120, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (T.U.F.), (vi) the total number of voting rights after increase and the date of maturation of the increased vote, and (vii) the percentage of voting rights determined on the basis of the total amount of voting rights as at May 27, 2024 communicated pursuant to art. 85-bis of Consob Issuer’s Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999.
