Metrology and Testing Systems Designer

Responsibilities

• Design of metrology systems for industrial automation, focusing on electrical/electronic measurements.
• Design of simple electronic boards and contribution to the specifications of complex systems.
• Contribution to the drafting of control software specifications.
• Validation of the designed systems.
• Installation at our clients’ sites worldwide.
• Production of documentation (user manuals, service manuals, and technical files for required quality and safety certifications).
• Management and supervision of the development activities of suppliers and external consultants.
• Collaboration with the production department for the optimization and engineering of systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or equivalent field.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
• Knowledge of main laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong team working and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2/3 years of previous experience in the same role.
• Background in the testing, metrology, or more generally in the industrial automation sector.
