Probe Head Designer

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and evaluate information required to design a probe head.
• Design a probe card by designing the probe contact part (probe head) using specific software.
• Manage information flows within the design teams involved in the development of the probe card.
• Draft, revise and update construction documentation.

Prepare information required for product testing by analysing electrical and mechanical diagrams

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent, or high school diploma in a technical field (mechanical, mechatronics)
• Strong aptitude for teamwork
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office software
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD modelling methods
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
