Project Terabit Era: Study and development of new microchip test interfaces dedicated to the 5G, AI and IOT market
The Project is funded by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and by Regione Lombardia, under the Accordi per l’Innovazione – Programma Operativo Nazionale (PON) “Imprese e competitività 2014-2020 (Asse I, Azione 1.1.3.) regulation. The Project is aimed to create a new family of interfaces that, once integrated, will be able to perform the latest generation of microchip testing.
